Being a teenager today can feel like juggling a hundred things at once—expectations, friendships, identity, and the pressure to “have it all figured out.” I help teens who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of themselves learn how to navigate life with more confidence and balance.
Some teens come to counseling to work through stress, self-esteem struggles, or friendship challenges. Others are figuring out who they are, managing big emotions, or dealing with ADHD, perfectionism, or feeling “different” from their peers. Whatever the reason, therapy offers a space where teens can drop the mask and be fully themselves—no judgment, no pressure.
My approach focuses on helping teens build insight, emotional regulation skills, and self-compassion, while developing a stronger sense of identity and direction. For older teens and young adults, we might also work on life transitions, independence, or finding meaning in what’s next.
The goal is to help your teen feel capable and confident—ready to take on challenges, communicate more effectively, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
If your teen could use some extra support, I’d love to help. Click below to schedule your first session or reach out with any questions.
