Childhood can be full of ups and downs—friendship struggles, frustration at school, big emotions that seem hard to handle. Sometimes kids just need a little extra support to make sense of what’s going on and to learn new ways to cope, express themselves, and grow.
I work with kids who are navigating challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, and social struggles. I also support children who may be gifted, have ADHD, or just see the world a little differently—kids who might feel “too much,” “too quiet,” or “too different” and need a place where they can be fully understood and accepted.
In sessions, I focus on helping kids understand their emotions, improve communication, and develop problem-solving skills. I use games, creative activities, and play-based strategies to make therapy feel engaging and approachable—because therapy works best when kids actually enjoy being there.
My goal is to help each child feel capable, confident, and connected—both within themselves and in their relationships with others.
If you think your child could benefit from extra support, I’d love to help. Click below to schedule your first session or reach out with any questions.
